CAn i get a job with a pending court date?

I live in Ny. i was charged with grand larceny for stealing from my old job.i was arrested for one night and the let me go the next day to come back for another hearing 2 month later. the thing is that now a dont have a job. iM i able to get a job even if i case its stil not completely done with>
