English communication skill?

i am 22 and doing my engineering. My problem is that i cant able to communicate my ideas in a clear way to other in any language, i know hindi,tamil, telugu,and english when i want to express something that is in my mind but i cant able to speak out my tongue my slip or i will loose the fluency . I want to come out of my problem help me any one
