Judge my Pok�mon Team?

First off get rid of one fire type. Add a ground type like, cubone, sandshrew or geodude. Two that I would recommend would be either larvitar or dratini. Lastly I would add a good gr type like bellsprout. It has amazingly good stats. if you choose dratini teach it ice beam, thunderbolt, flamethrower and a flying or dragon type move.
