Will my ex be held in contempt?

She refused my court doented time with my kids. Her excuse was my son had a mark under his eye last time I dropped him off so she "has word from upper authorities that she dosent have to let me see them yet" Obviously she making a false accusation. But this was the sunday before last I dropped him off and I didn't here anything from police,dcf,or anyone. Do you think she will be held in contempt?
