Mrs. Freshley's Red Velvet Twinkies?

I'm trying to re-create these because I can't find them anymore in my area and my husband loves them. But I don't want a cream cheese filling. I want a red-velvet cupcake with a twinkie filling. I've googled my heart out. Do you have a recipie?
