Something happen 4 years ago that i cannot explain if it paranormal, hallucination.. idk.. help?

I remember it was during april of 2005. That particular night i couldn't sleep for the world. So i began getting for school around 4-5 a.m .. around 6:00 a.m i was making coffee for me an my parents.. and i had such a awkward feeling it was like fear.. but i didn't have fear.. like if i was in a roller coaster. right then i tried to ignore it. i found my self staring at a dish washing soap bottle. and next to it was like a silver type of thing that which both reflected from the hall way going to my parents and my room. as i continue staring.. i see a girl with black hair and bangs, skinny, average height, with a black color dress that ended at the knee length. it was a little puffy. then the sleeves were long. she was coming towards the kitchen where i was at holding a candle like on a small plate. i got creeped out and i decided to do nothing to see if it was either me just hallucinating or was i seeing something real. i continue staring at the silver tray like thing.. and i wasn't hallucinating. then right before i see her step in the kitchen i quickly step in, and saw nothing... nothing what so ever... i went to my parents room and they where sleeping soundly. then during that time there was no one that was average height and skinny except me... i know i can't be in 2 places at once.. besides i was wearing a red shirt with jean pants as my uniform.. can some one explain to me what was the meaning of it or it doesn't even have to be a meaning.. but something that you might heard of or that you know for i can understand what was that all about...
