Can this be ?

I got 2 little red spots on the foreskin of my , and one that is more big under the foreskin (not the glans), I got them like 2 or 3 weeks ago but I saw them just after have so i thought that it was probably because of the friction since we dont use condom and the feeling was alittle like burning, but during the next days it ddnt hurt at all and the 2 spots on the foreskin started to healing getting scabs, then some days after while I was masturbating the burning feeling on the spots came back, so I thought it was the friction again, then during the next days it started to heal again getting scabs and it ddnt hurt at all anymore and seems that they were going away, but no they got red again, but they dont hurt at all, I started to look on google and I find out that few of the symptoms of are similar to my case, like burning feeling of the spots, also if is i dont kno how since I been having with my girlfriend for a year already, and she got checked of everything, I know she ddnt cheat on me and I ddnt cheat on her but i did have with my ex in the past without a condom, but she had just been with one guy before me and she never had any symptom of anything and we never had any problem, but anyways that was more than a year ago so if I have and she gave them to me how is possible that the symptoms appear more than a year after, and also my girlfriend got checked like 2 or 3 times after we started having for medical revision etc so that means that I shouldn't have anything or can the tests fail?
