Absolutely. Same thing happened to the Mavericks. Avery Johnson was just let go, because losing must be HIS fault, right? It couldn't possibly be the fact that Jason Kidd isn't hustling like they expected him too, or Dirk Nowitzki shooting like he's blindfolded. Unquestionably, the media and Mark Cuban need a scapegoat, the finger-pointing turns to the coach. Is it wrong? Yes. Will it hurt the team? Most likely. At least these two coaches will be vindicated when they land with another team and take the reins. It's just too bad we live in an instant-gratification environment. If you're not winning The Big One, RIGHT NOW, you get a "Sorry 'bout your bad luck", and a boot in your on the way out the door.
