Is there archaeological evidence that supports the book of Mormon?

Nope. I worked for several years as a North American field archaeologist and I can tell you that there is no archaeological evidence for the book of Mormon. BYU has spent millions of dollars on excavations and surveys to try to prove some of their more wild claims but they haven't had any luck. The genetic evidence about that whole "lost tribes of Isreal" debate is also non-existant. Any reputable archaeologist or geneticist will develop a twitch when asked about the "lost tribes of Isreal" in North America.
