Tomas Arrow R, Anybody KNOW about these?

Tomas, the moped maker in Slovenia, ,makes a scooter type off road(ish), small , street legal 50cc motorcycle. I saw one the other day and I've been searching for information. Haven't gotten much. Anybody know anything on these?
