Will organised crime may flourish under the Zuma administration?

The crime of "may" will definitely flourish under Zuma. In fact, "may not" will disappear. Under Zuma you may steal millions from the government, under Zuma you may any family member and may marry as many of them and their mothers as you wish. You may sing and dance in public and call on your brothers to bring your machine gun for 'n bit of 'boeresports.' You may threaten to kill and you may in fact kill if it suits your mood or your pocket. You may topple presidents and kings and you may promote juvenile delinquents and illiterates to kings and presidents. You may do anything under Zuma other than not agree with him or his cronies
