Accutane???

I'll be starting accutane soon, and i've read horror stories about all the side effects. I'm 17, will be graduating this may, and have a wonderful boyfriend. I was just wondering if anyone who has tried it had bad side effects. I have mild to moderate acne, and nothing else has worked so the derm recommended accutane. Please leave me your stories!
