B767 and A330 takeoff distance?

I 'm trying to find the takeoff distance for a 767 or A330 taking off from an airport 600 feet above sea level,100 degrees F,and fueled with reserves for a 3800 nautical mile flight ? Also,what would be the takeoff weight ? Thanks!!
