Lab is drinking and peeing more than normal?

I would have him taken in for a urinalysis to make sure he doesnt have a UTI, kidney infection, or liver disease. It'd be rare for a dog that young to have the latter, but I would take him to the vet. Also it's not good to keep the dog from the water if he is thirsty and urinating as frequently he can become dehydrated. Take him to the vet.
